My client are a world-renowned sporting organisation who are looking for an interim ER Advisor to work within their dynamic and thriving HR team.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ER professional to join a busy , vibrant and fast paced organisation to add real value!ASAP Start2 - 3 Months£27.00 -£29.00 per hour4 days Office Based / 1WFHFlexibility with hoursWhat you will be doing:Providing expert guidance and coaching to managers on employment law and people policies, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures, and equality mattersSupporting fair, consistent, and legally compliant decision-making across the businessIdentifying employment law risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategiesCoaching managers on best practice and employment law processesMonitoring case trends and using data insights to drive improvements and complianceSupporting the wider HR team with Employee Relations administration and processesKeeping up to date with current employment legislation and HR best practiceWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in an Employee Relations-focused roleStrong, up-to-date knowledge of Employment LawConfident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsExperience in retail or hospitality environments is advantageousIf you are available immediately please send your CV today!Love Success is a top recruitment agency based in London, dedicated to connecting exceptional administrative and office support staff with the leading businesses across London and the UK.
