Description We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Deputy Store Manager to join our Retail Sales team as we open our brand-new store in Poole.As a poltronesof Deputy Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver outstanding commercial performance and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You'll lead by example, inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, and confidently step into the Store Manager's role when required.Working closely with your team, you'll create a five-star customer experience while driving sales and achieving key performance targets. You'll coach and develop your colleagues, maintain high operational standards, and help every customer find the perfect products to create a home they love.As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll also benefit from our uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you and your team succeed. Leading by example and role modelling the poltronesof company values and behaviours to inspire the team to perform to be their bestContinuously coaching to develop and improve colleagues performance by carrying out regular performance reviewsEnsuring expert knowledge throughout the store team on poltronesof Furniture, holding regular training sessions on all products and servicesSupporting the recruitment, onboarding, management and development of the teamBeing responsible for driving performance, delivering targets, KPIs and maximising sales opportunities in line with the store business plan and business prioritiesSupporting colleagues with customer orders and finance applicationsDelivering exceptional, market leading customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty, referrals and 5 star customer reviewsContinuously identifying opportunities to make improvements which will optimise the operational running of the storeTaking pride in your store and taking responsibility for maintaining its presentation to a high standard to ensure the store is set up for successEnsuring that all colleagues are accountable for branch audit, banking and finance checksWhat qualities are we looking for?
