HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver – WolverhamptonPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, HIAB Driver, Lorry Mounted Crane Driver, or LGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, temp-to-perm opportunities, and genuine room to grow and progress.Shifts• Monday to Friday  • Start times between 05:00 and 06:00Rates of Pay• Basic rate: £16.00 per hour  • Overtime after 39 hours: £18.00 per hourBenefitsAs a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will receive:• Excellent hourly rates  • Temp-to-perm opportunity  • Weekly pay  • Site canteen  • Immediate starts available  • Employee well-being programme  • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignmentDay-to-Day DutiesAs a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, your duties will include:• Safely operating a Class 2 vehicle with a HIAB crane for loading and unloading goods  • Delivering goods to various locations, ensuring safe handling and timely deliveries  • Carrying out pre and post vehicle and equipment checks  • Maintaining accurate delivery records and ensuring compliance with all regulations  • Providing excellent customer service during deliveries  • Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and well maintained  • Liaising with the dealership regarding servicing and maintenance requirements  • Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and transport regulationsEssential SkillsAs a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will need:• Valid UK Category C Driving Licence  • Valid HIAB/Lorry Mounted Crane qualification  • Valid Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card  • No more than six penalty points for minor offences and no major endorsement codes  • Good level of spoken and written English  • Excellent timekeeping and punctuality  • Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations  • Effective communication skillsDesirable Experience• Previous experience driving commercial vehicles would be advantageous  • Previous experience operating a HIAB/Lorry Mounted Crane  • Multi-drop delivery experience would be beneficialTraining Provided• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignmentApplyIf you are ready to take on this opportunity as a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.TPBN1_UKTJ
