He has a very positive mindset and is fully engaged in his care and future.He lives in a fully adapted family home in Oxfordshire with a specialist care setup and strong family support.He is also one of a very small number of people in the UK to have a Neuralink implant , allowing him to control his laptop through thought. Its a fascinating and rewarding environment to work in.This is a meaningful, long-term package , where consistency and quality of care are essential.Clinical OverviewVentilated via tracheostomyRequires airway clearance support and suctioningAutonomic dysreflexia risk and blood pressure instabilityPeriods where communication may be limitedYou will be working alongside a Critical Care RN , supporting a high-acuity care plan.Location & DrivingLocation: Oxford, OX2 Driving: Essential regular outings are part of the role.
