Benefits:Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per annumBonus schemeOvertime availableCompany pensionEmployee discountCareer development opportunitiesOperating Hours/ Shifts:Monday to Friday08:00am 05:00pmOvertime opportunities availableKey Responsibilities:Use diagnostic equipment confidently and apply a systematic approach to identifying vehicle faults.Conduct detailed inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, and replacement requirements.Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard Conduct MOT testing where qualified (preferred but not essential).Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure full functionality.Provide clear and professional technical advice to customers.Deliver exceptional customer service to support repeat business and referrals. Work collaboratively with Service Reception and Workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow.Monitor stock levels of parts and workshop supplies Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.Stay up to date with vehicle technology and technical developments.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in a Vehicle Technician positionNVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (required)NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (preferred)MOT qualification (preferred but not essential)1 Full UK Driving Licence (required)Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilitiesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approachIf you are an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking your next opportunity within a professional and growing workshop environment, apply todayTPBN1_UKTJ
