Astute's Power team are looking to recruit a O&M Days Team Leader on an Energy from Waste Project in Essex on a 3-6-month contract.Key skillsProvide guidance and support to the O&M team on plant operationCandidates must have experience in EFW or Power operational plants and/or EFW or Power plants in O&M Operational and Maintenance stageMust have Leadership experience i.e. as a Shift Team Leader (STL) or supervisory level preferredMust have proven ability to manage plant operations, personnel, and emergency situations in a high-risk environmentLocation, remuneration and timeframe of the O&M Day Shift Team Leader roleEssexImmediate Start£500-550.00 per dayOutside IR353 - 6 monthsINDPOWAstute People are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
