[ 1 ]Contractor & Project SupportSchedule service contract works and file complex compliance reports.Deliver safety inductions to external contractors and manage their on-site check-ins.Provide direct clerical support to the Estates Manager on major college projects.Safety & Crisis ResponseAct as a crucial member of the Colleges secondary response team during emergencies.Collaborate on Health & Safety data, accident investigations, and insurance reports.Meet strict audit, data confidentiality, and risk management requirements.Team & College CultureAttend department meetings, take minutes, and log detailed notes.Assist with exciting evening college enrolment and open day events.Provide an outstanding, professional customer service experience to all visitors.Safeguarding StatementIEG is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, young people and any vulnerable groups within the college community and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
