You will be working on various projects including feature staircases, balustrades and handrails, structural steelwork, walkways and access platforms.Main ResponsibilitiesFabricating and welding bespoke steelwork from technical drawingsProducing high-quality architectural and structural fabricationsWorking on a wide range of interesting, one-off and small batch projectsUsing modern workshop equipment and fabrication techniquesWorking closely with an experienced and supportive fabrication teamKey RequirementsAt least 5 years' fabrication and welding experienceThe ability to read and interpret fabrication drawingsMIG welding experience (TIG experience would also be advantageous)A strong eye for detail and high-quality workmanshipA positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience using tube bending equipment or robotic welding systems would be an advantage, although full training can be provided.Benefits£31,000£38,000 depending on experienceRegular overtime available to boost your earningsPermanent, full-time positionModern, well-equipped workshop28 days holiday including Bank HolidaysCompany pension schemeCycle to Work schemeFree onsite parkingTPBN1_UKTJ
