Commercial Finance ManagerSalary: Up to £65k baseLocation: Maidenhead (Hybrid)Role: PermanentBe the commercial voice behind performance and growthWe're looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with the Crematoria Managing Director and leadership team-providing the insight, challenge and financial clarity needed to drive performance and long-term growth.This is a high-impact role where you won't just report on numbers-you'll help shape decisions, influence strategy and improve business outcomes .What you'll be doing Act as the trusted Finance Business Partner to the Crematoria leadership teamAnalyse financial and operational performance across P&L and capex , identifying key drivers, risks and opportunitiesLead budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles , ensuring robust assumptions and clear, actionable outputsDeliver clear, commercial insight to senior stakeholders to support decision-makingBuild and review business cases across pricing, investment, site development and growth initiativesSupport monthly performance reviews and board-level reportingWork cross-functionally to improve reporting, KPIs and data-driven decision-makingWhat success looks like Insight that is clear, relevant and acted onStrong stakeholder relationships built on trust and challengeHigh-quality, accurate budgets and forecastsVisible impact on business performance and growthAbout youYou're someone who: Has strong commercial acumen and enjoys solving problemsThrives in a role where you can influence and make a real impactIs naturally curious and driven to improve performanceBuilds strong relationships and communicates confidently with non-finance stakeholdersWorks well both independently and as part of a teamWhat you'll bring 3+ years' experience as a Finance Business Partner in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to analyse performance and turn data into clear commercial insightStrong experience in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysisExperience working with KPIs, trends and performance drivers in a multi-site or operational businessAbility to influence and challenge senior stakeholdersQualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA)Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, large data sets)Exposure to tools like Tableau or Oracle (nice to have)If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career where you can make a positive impact every day, we want to hear from you!What are the next steps?To be considered for this role, please submit your application via the 'apply' button, where a member of our Talent Team will review your application.About UsWe are Dignity, one of the UK's oldest and most trusted funeral providers, with over 200 years of history, 570 branches, and 46 crematoria.
