With continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to strengthen their operational leadership team with the appointment of a high-calibre Senior Contracts Manager.Senior Contracts Manager Role Description As Senior Contracts Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will oversee contract performance across responsive repairs, planned maintenance, voids, refurbishment, and broader property services works, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring service delivery consistently meets contractual KPIs and SLAs.This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple workstreams, drive performance, motivate teams, and maintain commercial awareness across all contracts.Senior Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of multiple property services contracts within the social housing sectorLead and support Contract Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and operational teamsEnsure contracts are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and compliance requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersMonitor contract performance against KPIs, SLAs, and profitability targetsDrive operational improvements, efficiencies, and service excellenceEnsure strict compliance with Health & Safety, regulatory, and company standardsSupport commercial teams with forecasting, cost control, and margin protectionResolve operational issues quickly and effectively to maintain service levelsIdentify opportunities for growth and contract expansion within existing client accountsSenior Contracts Manager Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager within property services or social housingExtensive experience managing social housing repairs, maintenance, planned works, or refurbishment contractsStrong operational leadership and people management skillsExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilityStrong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contract profitabilityGood understanding of KPI/SLA-driven service deliveryStrong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirementsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFull UK Driving LicenceWhats on Offer?
