Quantity Surveyor

Contract Type: 12-18 month contractSummary:We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support within the Investment Delivery, Capital Programme and Procurement function. The role involves working closely with the Commercial Manager and Network Operations to manage key contractors, ensuring contract obligations are met, payments are processed accurately and on time, and disputes are resolved efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering contracts, monitoring costs, producing commercial reports, and supporting procurement activities from initial stages through to final account. This position requires strong commercial and contractual management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The role is based primarily in Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, and various locations with flexible working arrangements available.
