About the RoleThe Paid Media Specialist (Euro Dealer PPC Specialist) will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search activity across multiple European markets. This is a key role focused on driving growth through effective PPC strategy, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.You will take ownership of the day-to-day execution of PPC campaigns across Luxaflex Europe, Unilux, and Duette EU, ensuring all activity aligns with wider business objectives. Working across multiple brands and markets, you'll play an instrumental role in delivering measurable performance improvements and scaling paid media success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple PPC accounts across Luxaflex Europe, Unilux, and Duette EU, ensuring best practice execution across all marketsOwn the day-to-day delivery of the EU PPC strategy, including budget management, optimisation, and continuous testingDevelop and maintain PPC roadmaps aligned with business goals and market prioritiesMonitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, turning data into actionable insightsDeliver clear and engaging performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and risksCollaborate closely with wider teams (web, SEO, design, etc.) to drive growth across European marketsShare knowledge, insights, and test learnings with the wider paid media team to enhance overall channel performanceWhat We Are Looking For2–3 years' hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, including Search and Performance MaxStrong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Ads EditorExperience managing paid media across multiple markets or regions (EU experience preferred)Solid understanding of PPC strategy, optimisation techniques, and budget managementConfidence in measurement, performance analysis, and reportingAbility to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in fast-paced, multi-market environmentsFamiliarity with SA360 (desirable but not essential)You'll also bring:A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for performance improvementStrong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfidence working independently and taking ownership of outcomesA collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and support othersA balance of analytical thinking and strategic, creative problem-solvingWhy Join UsTake full ownership of key PPC channels and projects, with real accountability for resultsWork across multiple brands and European markets, gaining valuable international exposurePlay a hands-on role in shaping paid media strategy and influencing business decisionsEnjoy the freedom to test, innovate, and drive meaningful performance improvementsBe part of a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and your development is supportedBenefit from clear progression opportunities into more senior or strategic paid media rolesWe understand there's no one size fits all approach.
