Work spans multiple sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Community, Industrial, Leisure & Retail and Commercial Buildings. Working hours: 8.30am 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.A key part of the role will include mentoring and supporting an Assistant Estimator , helping them develop their technical skills, commercial awareness and confidence within the team.ResponsibilitiesPreparing cost plans, tenders and estimatesLeading the estimating process across multiple projectsWorking closely with design, commercial and operational teamsLiaising with supply chain partners to secure competitive pricingProviding guidance and day-to-day support to an Assistant EstimatorSupporting junior team members where requiredAbout YouExperienced Estimator within the construction industryBackground working for a main contractor on new build or refurbishment schemesSelf-directed, organised and highly motivatedAble to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong team player with good communication skillsLocations Considered: Milton Keynes / Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire / NorthamptonshireTPBN1_UKTJ
