Be a part of it.We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Assistant with a passion for making a difference to others.Youll be working40 hours per week, 08:00am to 16:00pm, at Redmarley , helping provide a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.Redmarley is a specialist residential service with nursing, designed to support people with mental health conditions and other complex needs. Our nurse-led team provides a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment. We empower people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.Your day-to-day...Provide a comprehensive maintenance & repair serviceCarry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting & general building workMaintain plant, services & vehicles in working orderComply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment & potential hazardsTravel to other sites & on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hoursCheck the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices & fire emergency lightsWhy Cygnet?
