Internal Sales Executive

Our client is a maintenance and repair business operating in Alfreton and due to expansion they're looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team.This role focuses on managing customer enquiries, coordinating quotations and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will play a key part in improving quotation conversion rates, enhancing customer retention and building up the businesses existing CRM system.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from clientsPrepare and issue quotations in line with agreed pricing structuresProactively follow up on quotations to maximise conversion ratesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, quotations and ordersEnsure a high standard of end-to-end customer service throughout the quotation processMaintain regular and consistent communication with existing customersEncourage repeat business through strong relationship managementIdentify opportunities for additional works within existing accountsGenerate new business leads to expand the customer baseConduct cold outreach to explore new markets and sectorsBook appointments for external sales personnelMaintain accurate customer and quotation data within CRM systemsProvide clear visibility of Day Services activity and future workloadSupport improved forecasting and efficient utilisation of technician teamsLiaise closely with commercial and operations teams to ensure accurate information flowTo be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience.Previous experience in an internal sales, account management or sales supportStrong communication and organisational skillsA proactive approach to customer developmentCommercial awareness with a customer-focused approachOur client is offering: A basic salary of £35,000 + performance related bonusCompany pension schemeOnsite parkingOpportunities to developTPBN1_UKTJ
