Operational Performance Manager - up to £60K + BonusHybrid | Central London | Competitive Salary + Excellent BenefitsWe're partnering with an organisation delivering a major UK infrastructure programme and are looking for an experienced Operational Performance Manager to drive operational excellence across a complex, national delivery programme.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in improving operational performance, managing supplier delivery, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring key programme targets are achieved.What you'll be doing:Managing end-to-end operational performance across the delivery pipelineDriving supplier and contractor performance against KPIs and SLAsLeading operational recovery plans and backlog reduction initiativesManaging risks, issues and escalations to keep delivery on trackUsing operational data and insights to improve performanceWorking cross-functionally to deliver operational and system improvementsReporting performance and recovery plans to senior stakeholdersWhat we're looking for:Proven experience in operational performance management within utilities, infrastructure or service deliveryStrong supplier and contractor management experienceExcellent understanding of KPI, SLA and operational performance managementExperience delivering operational improvements and recovery plansStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence and drive changeDesirable experience:Utilities, energy or smart meteringRegulated environmentsNEC contractsPower BI or similar reporting toolsIf you're an operational leader who thrives on improving performance, solving complex delivery challenges and driving measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.
