This role allows for flexible working.The salary for this role is up to £90k, depending on experience.Whatyoullbedoing Own requirements management practice and traceabilityDefine and maintaining system architecture approachesEnsure integration, verification and validation planning is robustSupport technical risk reduction and trade-off decisionsEnsure alignment with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and relevant defence lifecycle expectationsProvide assurance at key lifecycle gates and technical reviewsOwn Systems Engineering standards, processes, methods, and toolsEnsure engineers are suitably trained, competent, and deployedProvide technically capable resources to projects and productsMaintain discipline compliance with AS9100, ISO 15288 and relevant defence lifecycle requirementsDrive continuous improvement within the disciplineParticipate in technical reviews, audits, and governance as requiredSupport Engineering Leads with subject matter leadership and challengeAbout our companyAt SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient.We provide state-of-the-art applications for naval ship and fleet protection, and undersea surveillance systems.
