Management Accountant

Management AccountantGrantham£45,000 to £50,000We are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-growing specialist service and supply business based in Grantham.This is a hands-on role within a rapidly expanding part of the business, offering real ownership, visibility and the chance to improve processes as the operation continues to grow.You will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, including P&L reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow reporting, VAT returns, journals, accruals and prepayments. A key part of the role will also involve stock control, supporting stock reporting and helping to implement effective stock take procedures across multiple locations.We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage a busy workload and bring structure to a growing area of the business.The ideal candidate will have:Experience producing a full set of management accountsStrong month-end experience, including journals, accruals and reconciliationsGood stock control or inventory experienceExperience in a stock-based environment such as manufacturing, distribution, logistics, automotive, engineering or supply chainCIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, newly qualified or close to qualifyingA proactive, hands-on approachThis is an excellent opportunity for a capable Management Accountant who wants to join a growing business where they can make a genuine impact.TPBN1_UKTJ
