Workday HCM ConsultantPublic Sector | Major Transformation Programme |Paying between £53,000-66,000, depending on experience and seniority2 positions available; 1 x consultant, 1 x lead consultant26% pension contribution (up to £17,160 per annum)We are delighted to be working in partnership with a large public sector organisation undertaking one of the most significant Workday implementations in the UK.This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join a high-profile transformation programme and play a key role in shaping a modern, integrated HR technology landscape.Our client is investing in a major programme to replace legacy systems and implement Workday across the organisation. As part of this journey, they are establishing a permanent, in-house Workday capability to own, develop and support the platform long term.This role offers the chance to:Contribute to a large-scale, greenfield Workday implementationHelp build and mature an internal Workday Centre of ExcellenceTransition into a long-term role supporting and enhancing the Workday estateKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver and configure Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Talent and AbsenceWork closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather and define requirementsTranslate business needs into effective Workday solutions and configurationsSupport design, testing and deployment phases of the implementationContribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of the Workday platformSupport the organisation in adopting and embedding Workday capabilitiesSkills and ExperienceProven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant, either client-side or within consultancyStrong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modulesExperience delivering end-to-end Workday implementationsAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholdersA collaborative approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomesWorkday certifications are desirable but not essential.Must be eligible to work in the UK.Remote based position with quarterly site visits.Paying between £53,000-66,000, depending on experience and seniority2 positions available; 1 x consultant, 1 x Lead consultant26% pension contribution (up to £17,160 per annum)TPBN1_UKTJ
