This role provides the chance to work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus onquality, sustainability, and continuous innovation.This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development, with structured training and support provided to develop your electrical knowledge and skills, enabling progression into a fully Senior position.Main Responsibilities for the successful Night Hygiene Team Leader:As a Night Hygiene Team Leader, youll play an important role within the company. You will work across all production areas and be responsible for ensuring that all machines and buildings always meet strict standards of hygiene. You will assist or will take over the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the Night Hygiene Senior Team Leader in the event of their absence.Engage with fairness and respect and promote ethical behaviour in all working relationships.Carrying out daily cleaning tasks.Cleaning of processing equipment and production lines to meet required standardsDeep cleaning of high / low-risk production areas.Post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed properlyMaking sure that everything you do complies with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene.Ensuring that cleaning equipment and PPE are always functioning correctly.Reporting any incidents or concerns to your line manager.Carry out any additional duties as assigned by your line manager.Organising team schedules, handling staff issues and authorizing vacation annual and sick leave.Communicating with other departments to ensure all operational requirements are met.Ensure that all staff are fully trained on tasks they are assigned to clean.Main requirements for the successful Night Hygiene Team Leader:Food manufacturing experienceEffective communicator: able to engage effectively at all levels with the ability to motivate, persuade, query and challenge.Promotes autonomy within the team, has a flexible approach, and encourages an ethos of managing upwards.Good solid experience in a leadership capacity within an FMGC environment.Good verbal communication and written skills.Capable of providing clear direction for the teams; motivated to constantly drive safety, quality and set targets.COSHH and Allergen AwarenessHealth and Safety awareness.Full UK driving licence.What we offer to the successful Night Hygiene Team Leader:Salary £37,000 per annum+ overtimeTue-Sat- 9:30PM 5:30AMPension/ and Holiday/ insurance coverClear progression planfor professional and career growth within a key industry sector.Support for continued education and professional development.Company Events and many more!Regular company events and team activities.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of aninnovative, forward-thinking organisationthat values talent, fosters career progression, and empowers its team to make a real impact.Paradigm Employment Services Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
