Leisure Centre Manager Northwest LondonSalary: £42,000 per annumLocation: Northwest London4Leisure Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an experienced and motivated Leisure Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a charity-run leisure centre in Northwest London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leisure professional with great commercial understanding to take ownership of a high-profile facility, ensuring exceptional operational standards, outstanding customer experience, and alignment with the centre's wider charitable mission, while also driving financial performance and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the leisure centre, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operationsDevelop and implement annual business and marketing plans with clear financial and performance targetsOversee budgets, income reporting, KPI tracking, and monthly management accountsManage, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team including Duty Managers and operational staffEnsure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, safeguarding procedures, and industry standardsDrive customer engagement, membership growth, and promotional activityAct as key holder and provide emergency operational cover when requiredAbout YouWe are looking for a confident and proactive leader with strong experience within the leisure industry, along with a solid commercial understanding and the ability to drive financial performance and growth.Essential RequirementsMinimum 2 years' management experience in the leisure industryDegree level education or equivalent experienceExperience in staff recruitment, development, and performance managementStrong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skillsGood financial awareness with experience managing budgets and reportingFirst Aid at Work qualificationConfident IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a team-focused approachDesirable Experience Pool Plant Operator or RLSS qualificationHealth & Safety or NEBOSH certificationExperience with booking systems and website updatesBenefits 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing annually up to 30 days8% employer pension contributionFree gym membershipLife AssuranceHow to ApplyTo apply for this exciting opportunity, please contact with your CV and covering statement.TPBN1_UKTJ
