Hiring on behalf of the client, this role is ideal for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect looking to combine technical leadership with stakeholder engagement while shaping the future of enterprise ServiceNow platforms.Working in a fully remote position, you'll lead the architecture, design and evolution of complex ServiceNow solutions across large-scale enterprise environments. You'll manage and mentor a team of architects, developers and administrators, influence technical strategy, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive best practice across IT Service Management and Operations.
