£13.45 per hourFull-time | Immediate StartMultiple Locations (Scotland)We are currently recruiting for 3 Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a busy team delivering high-quality services across a range of sites.This is a great opportunity for individuals with grounds maintenance or horticultural experience who enjoy working outdoors as part of a team.Glasgow (Polmadie, G5) OngoingWorking HoursMonday to Thursday: 07:00 16:00Friday: 07:00 15:0030-minute unpaid break dailyThe RoleWorking within a mobile grounds maintenance team, you will support the upkeep of outdoor spaces across multiple sites.Duties include:Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenanceClearing leaves, litter, and maintaining clean outdoor environmentsPlanting, pruning, and other horticultural tasksSetting out and maintaining sports pitches (grass and synthetic)Operating equipment such as strimmers, mowers, and small plantCarrying out minor repairs (e.g. slabs, kerbs, surfaces)Maintaining tools, vehicles, and machinerySupporting seasonal work such as gritting and snow clearanceAbout YouWe are looking for candidates who:Have previous grounds maintenance or horticultural experienceAre confident using strimmers, mowers, and small equipmentHold a full UK driving licence (trailer towing desirable)Have a good understanding of health & safety and COSHHAre reliable, hardworking, and take pride in their workEnjoy working outdoors in all weather conditionsDesirablePA1 & PA6 (pesticides) certificationExperience with sports pitch marking/liningAdditional InformationBasic PVG clearance is required for this roleImmediate starts availableIf youre looking for a hands-on, outdoor role and can start quickly, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
