Lead the full learner journey, from initial assessment and ILPs to personalised teaching, clear feedback and accredited achievement in Functional Skills English and related literacy programmes, while ensuring JCQ/awarding body compliance, safeguarding and continuous improvement. Youll plan and deliver English across Entry LevelLevel 2, building reading fluency, writing accuracy and structure (spelling/grammar/punctuation), and confident speaking & listening; set targets, track progress, and prepare learners for assessments and portfolios using real - world texts (e.g., workplace documents, forms and digital platforms).
