The Compliance Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, compliance and operational integrity of social housing assets. Let us know where you want to get to and well help you get there.A focus on your wellbeing including health MOTs and events.In this role you will oversee inspection programmes, contractor performance and remedial actions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely interventions to protect residents, staff, contractors and members of the public. In addition, the role involves having an oversight of associated budgets, ensuring value for money and cost efficiency across compliance activity.To succeed youll have experience of working in a compliance role within social housing or similar setting.
