Marketing ManagerLocation: AmotherbyBATA Ltd are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive our marketing calendar on behalf of our strong brand portfolio. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance BATAs overall presence and drive customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy, based around the overall company goals.Work with our Retail, Feed & Fuel teams to offer high quality marketing initiatives to help drive forward business performance.Work with existing Marketing team to deliver world class, personalised activity for the wide range of customers and members.Lead our retail Marketing proposition and execution to help drive store standards and in-store excellence.Working with our buying team to identify supplier opportunities.Creation of local events.Management of company national events program.Analyse and report on marketing performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives.Organic social media development.Requirements:Previous Marketing Management experience is essential.Creative, idea driven individual with the ability to bring concepts to life.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence a room.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Organised, detailed and an enforcer of deadlines.A passion for Marketing.Energetic, enthusiastic and keen to make a big impression.About usBATA (Brandsby Agricultural Trading Association Limited) was established in 1894, as a farmers cooperative and proudly retains this structure today.It is headquartered in Amotherby, Malton and has a strong presence across North & East Yorkshire, as well as Southwest Lancashire.Dedicated to supplying local farmers and those who live in the rural community, BATA specialises in offering quality products and services that support the livelihood and lifestyle of thousands of people who live and work in rural Yorkshire.TPBN1_UKTJ
