Manufacturing Engineer

The role is paying a competitive salary depending on experience. This is a 12 month FTC .As the Industrial Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful introduction of new products by developing accurate labour standards and ensuring competitive product costing. You'll work closely with production and engineering teams to analyse manufacturing processes, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency. The role includes reviewing labour standards, supporting first production runs, analysing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, balancing production lines, and leading value engineering initiatives. You'll also undertake production studies, recommend process improvements and contribute to strategic manufacturing projects that enhance productivity, quality and overall business performance.You will need:Previous experience in an Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Process Improvement role within a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical skills with experience interpreting production and performance dataExperience developing labour standards, production costing or time studiesKnowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and value engineering principlesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across production and engineering teamsA proactive approach with strong problem-solving and project management skillsIf you are interested in this role and think you have the skills and experience this company is looking for, then APPLY NOW.
