This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks with excellent benefits and long-term career prospects.Working across occupied homes, you'll carry out high-quality plumbing repairs, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and a variety of multi-trade maintenance works, ensuring every job is completed right first time while delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities· Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied residential properties.· Complete kitchen and bathroom upgrades, alongside multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating.· Deliver responsive repairs efficiently, ensuring all work meets health & safety standards and best practice.· Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly approach at all times.· Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.About You· Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Plumber, ideally within social housing or property maintenance.· Confident carrying out plumbing work alongside additional trade skills.· Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent) or time-served experience.· Strong customer service skills and a proactive, 'right first time' approach.· Full UK driving licence (essential).What's on Offer· £27 per hour during the initial 12-week contract.· £38,847 per annum upon successful permanent appointment.· Company van, fuel card, tablet, mobile phone, PPE, and uniform provided.· Generous annual leave, pension, life assurance, and health & wellbeing benefits upon going permanent.· Excellent training, development, and long-term career progression with a leading Housing Association.
