Night Transport Administration AssistantDesborough, NN14£14.00 Per HourWe are looking for an organised individual to support teams within a busy transport office.You will be responsible for debriefing drivers run sheets to the Transport Management System, answering emails both from internal and external contacts, creating reports for customers and dealing with delivery queries.Liaising with the customer service team you will ensure they have accurate and up to date information, as well as manifesting orders, keeping a steady flow of work to the warehouse.Days & Hours of Work4 on 4 off Shift patter 18:00pm 06:00pmThe RoleDebriefing drivers run sheets onto the transport Management System (TMS)Answering emails from both internal and external personnelCreating daily/weekly/monthly reports for each customerDealing with customer delivery queriesLiasing with the Customer Service Team to ensure they have the correct informationManifesting orders in the Transport Management System to keep a steady flow of work for the warehouse teamLiaising with sub-contractors with regards to delivery times and proof of deliveriesAbout YouExperience within a transport environment is advantageousExcellent communication skillsAble to demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environmentExcellent It skills with a good understanding of MS Office applicationsAble to work well as part of a teamAble to work to tight deadlines and manage own time effectivelyAPPLY NOW if you feel this role is for you or alternatively call 0116 2334404 for further information.TPBN1_UKTJ
