Registered Care Home Manager 39 hours per week£55,057.00 per annumChoose to live life in Colour by working at Borough Care where we believe that everyone should be encouraged and supported to live their best possible life.About the roleAs Care Home Manager, you will manage all aspects of the Care Home including people, budget and compliance. You will be responsible for:The effective day to day running of the home to deliver high standards of personalised careLeading a team and promoting wellbeing, team-work, individual development and growthEnsuring that CQC and all other regulatory requirements are metRaising the profile of the home within the local community and supporting salesBuilding close relationships with residents and their loved onesRetaining high occupancy levels and regularly reviewing expenditure against budgetCreating an environment that enables our residents to live their best possible lives and live their life in colourAbout youWe are looking for a caring manager who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support. You will have proven experience of dementia care and managing in a residential care home setting. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop your team to deliver the best person-centred care.About usWe have 12 residential care homes across Stockport and Staffordshire and continue to grow.
