Planning & Logistics Coordinator

Blue Arrow is Recruiting for a Planning and Logistics coordinator on a temp to perm basis for immediate start for a well-established food and beverage company based in Bellshill!Location: BellshillShifts: Monday - FridayTimes: 9am - 5pmPay: £16.62Contract - Temp to PermKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage daily planning schedules to meet operational and customer requirementsOversee logistics and transport arrangements, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiencyMonitor stock levels and liaise with procurement to maintain optimal inventoryWork closely with internal teams (production, sales, warehouse) to align prioritiesTrack and report on key KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvementResolve any delivery or supply chain issues quickly and effectivelyMaintain accurate records and documentation relating to planning and logistics activitiesGeneral Administrative dutiesSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a planning, logistics, or supply chain roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and planning/logistics systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demandsDesirableExperience within manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environmentsKnowledge of ERP or MRP systemsUnderstanding of supply chain processes and logistics coordinationIf you are interested in this role please apply with your CV or call 01698 747 024 option 1Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.TPBN1_UKTJ
