On-Site Recruiter

Location: Cardiff – CF3 2ER Supporting: Swansea, Cardiff & Gloucester Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate Hours: Monday to FridayWe are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Cardiff (CF3 2ER) , supporting recruitment activity across Swansea, Cardiff, and Gloucester (travel between Swansea and Cardiff is required).This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who is confident speaking with candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, and supporting the full candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding.The role will focus heavily on candidate attraction, high-volume telephone recruitment, recruitment compliance, and onboarding support .Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates and actively source applicantsManage candidate attraction campaigns and recruitment pipelinesConduct candidate screening calls and assess suitability for vacanciesMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment processComplete recruitment compliance checks and ensure all required documentation is completed accuratelyManage candidate onboarding processes and maintain accurate recordsSupport recruitment open days and depot-based recruitment activitiesCoordinate business meetings and provide recruitment administration supportRequired Experience & Skills: Previous recruitment experience is preferredProven experience making high-volume telephone calls and engaging with candidatesConfident telephone manner with excellent communication skillsStrong administration and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelinesProactive approach with the ability to work independentlyWhat We Offer: £16.00 - £17.00 per hourImmediate start availableCanteenOn site free parkingOpportunity to work within a busy recruitment environmentIf you are interested in this fantastic opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant , apply now to secure your role.
