There is a £1.5bn scheme which requires an experienced Commercial Manager to join where they will be responsible for overseeing the major civils packages valued in the region of £600m. You will be responsible for a team of Quantity Surveyors, and work closely with the Project Director to ensure the project is delivered within time and to the financial forecasts set.The suitable Candidate will required to have the following experience: Excellent Contractual knowledge and understanding of NEC Option A/CStrong Pre-Construction ExperienceExperience in delivering Heavy Civils projectsStrong knowledge of ground engineering and tunnellingAbility to lead and motivate those around youTPBN1_UKTJ
