Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Warren Street, LondonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pmSalary: £55,000The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join the engineering team at a prestigious commercial property in Central London.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to take on a senior role within a high-profile site. You will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance activities, supporting the wider engineering team, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all building services.Key Responsibilities Lead electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activitiesCarry out fault finding, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems and associated plantSupport the day-to-day operation of critical building services infrastructureEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and site proceduresAssist in supervising specialist contractors and reviewing completed worksProvide technical support and guidance to fellow engineers on-siteMaintain accurate maintenance records and reports through CAFM systemsIdentify opportunities for plant improvements and energy efficiency initiativesAct as a key point of contact for electrical matters on-siteAbout You Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent)Previous experience as an Authorised Person (AP) for LV and/or HV systemsStrong knowledge of electrical distribution, switchgear, lighting, power, UPS, generators, and associated building services systemsExperience working within commercial buildings, critical environments, or high-profile sitesProven fault-finding and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of safe systems of work and permit proceduresExcellent communication and client-facing skillsA proactive and professional approach to engineering maintenanceWhat's on Offer £55,000 salaryMonday to Friday working pattern (8am5pm)High-profile static site in Central LondonOpportunity to work within a skilled and supportive engineering teamOngoing training and career developmentLong-term progression opportunities within a growing organisationTPBN1_UKTJ
