About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Painter & Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating work across residential properties.Key Responsibilities Prepare walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces for painting and decorating.Fill holes, cracks, and minor imperfections, and sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish.Apply emulsion, gloss, varnish, and other decorative finishes to a high standard.Carry out internal painting and decorating work.Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding areas before commencing work.Use painting tools and equipment safely and effectively.Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations.Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within agreed timescales.What Were Looking For Previous painting and decorating experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.Ability to work on both residential and commercial properties.Good communication and customer service skills.TPBN1_UKTJ
