The company delivers building, refurbishment, and maintenance services across a variety of sectors, including social housing, healthcare, education, defence, and commercial properties.Their projects range from general building repairs and planned maintenance to kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, mechanical and electrical works, and void property turnarounds. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across the South of England, they are looking to strengthen their on-site management team with an experienced and organised Account Manager.About the RoleAbstract Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team, working on-site at our prestigious client in Fleet, Hampshire (GU51).As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the account, supporting colleagues on-site, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring all recruitment and administrative processes are completed efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse team.DutiesCoordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations on-site.Act as the main point of contact for employees and client managers.Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Coordinate and deliver site inductions for new starters.Organise and support recruitment events and client meetings.Check and verify Right to Work documentation.Ensure all colleagues have the correct PPE before starting work.Book colleagues onto shifts and manage daily attendance.Carry out daily check-ins with employees.Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and personnel files.Prepare reports and presentations as required.Work closely with internal teams and the client to ensure effective communication and service delivery.Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in recruitment is essential.Experience recruiting within the engineering sector/construction is highly desirable.Proven experience in account management, office administration, or a similar role.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.Apply today to join the Abstract Recruitment team as an Account Manager!TPBN1_UKTJ
