This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of workshop performance, quality standards and team development.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supervising a workshop team of 5 staffCoordinating daily workflow to maximise efficiency and productivityLiaising with the sales team to ensure smooth order processingManaging aftersales and ensuring returns are handled efficientlyMaintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to procedures, including documentation of issuesEnsuring workshop equipment is inspected and maintained in line with schedulesOverseeing health & safety compliance and promoting safe working practicesCoaching, developing and supporting workshop staffDriving continuous improvement across processes and performanceWhat We're Looking ForEssentialPrevious experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical fitting or workshop environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentDesirableCounterbalance or pivot steer FLT licenceNEBOSH qualification (or working towards)What's In It For You28 days annual leave (inc.
