Location: Long Eaton, NottinghamJob Type: Full Time (including weekend work on a rota basis)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceAbout Leisure DepotLeisure Depot is a leading supplier of caravan, motorhome, camping and outdoor leisure products, supplyingcustomers across the UK through a range of online sales channels.Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join ourteam as a Customer Service & E-Commerce Administrator.This is a varied and fast-paced role combining customer service, product administration and e-commercesupport. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience,maintaining excellent marketplace account health and supporting the continued growth of the business.As a highly seasonal business, the focus of the role naturally changes throughout the year. During the busyspring and summer months, there is a greater emphasis on customer service and supporting increasedcustomer demand. During the quieter autumn and winter periods, the role becomes more focused on creatingnew product listings, enhancing product content and preparing the business for the following season. We aretherefore looking for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to changing business priorities throughout theyear.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email and online messaging channels.Handle customer enquiries, order queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Answer incoming telephone calls and provide customers with accurate product and order information.Ensure all customer interactions meet company service standards and contribute positively towardsmarketplace performance metrics and account health.Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels across all sales channels, helping to achieve andexceed key performance targets.Create, upload and maintain product listings across multiple online platforms.Write and update product descriptions, specifications and other product content.Upload and manage product images and supporting marketing materials.
