If you share our values, want to be challenged, get support for your professional growth and be well rewarded, you will fit right in!What you will doSupport the Account Manager in the management of customer accounts, anticipating customer requirements, meeting expectations and building effective relationships in order to grow the Global rental fleet business, with a specific focus on daily rentals.Proactive customer management andcommunication at all levels, delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating profitable long-term relationships with corporate rental customers and drivers.Ensuring that Globals rental volume increases in line with the company objective whilst providing customers with outstanding service and business solutions, and to fully realise the potential of the Globals range of products and services.How you will do itOperating as a day to day point of contact and support an Account Manager in the running of allocated account(s)Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsTimely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives contributing to the delivery of extraordinary fleet solutionsGenerating customer reports in line with agreed timescalesManaging customer inbox(s)Identification and provision of additional value added services to customersContributing to efficient vehicle availability and utilisation presentation to customers, stock levels, new models, specification changes and pricingGeneral administration and fleet management as required by allocated account(s)Participating in ongoing training / vehicle knowledge sessionsWhat do you need to be successfulSuccessful track record in similar role, fleet knowledge is ideal but not requiredMethodical and process drivenHigh levels of attention to detail and accuracyWork well under pressure especially during peak periodsGood numeracy & literacy skillsGood IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages.
