Your decisions will shape courier experience, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and site safety every single day.Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory ManagerOwn service, cost and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverageAnalyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risksBuild strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams and unionsLead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operationsInterested?
