If you fancy working in a varied role and?to continue developing your own career as you grow with us, then read onWhat youll doEnsuing our asset portfolios in each region perform against financial, operational, Health and Safety and customer satisfaction measures, working closely withtheteam to ensure successful delivery.Lead on all strategic asset matters including investment and divestment within the portfolio, providing a clear steer on interventions required to maintain strong performance. Youll use your expertise as a critical friend to our wider regional operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of our asset plan.Produce regular reports, guiding decision making on asset performance, keyrisksand making recommendations to drive performance.Ensuring we have a good commercial understanding of our assets through property level accounting and a close eye on expenditure to drive better outcomes.You haveProfessional Membership of The Property Institute (MTPI) or equivalent.Previous property asset management experience across a range of residential tenures (rented and leasehold) as well as property types (flatted, housing and mixed use). Youll bring a good knowledge and understanding of the different interests in assets and land from a landlord/transferor or lessee/transferee perspectives.A good understanding of property litigation, including interpreting, challenging and enforcing covenants and lease terms.Great communication and collaborative working ability to engage with customers on complex matters, instilling trust and confidence. Youll understand how your role makes a difference to customers, actively listening to understand their needs and amplifying their voices.Strong stakeholder engagement skill, able to work with customers, teams, peers and senior management effectively to deliver great outcomes.Previous line management experience with the ability to unleash the potential of others.Stronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves.
