Night Shift Fleet Coordinator

Job Title: Night Shift Fleet CoordinatorLocation: Coventry Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00 Pay Rate: £14.00 per hourAbout the Role We are looking for a reliable and organised Night Shift Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a fleet, transport, or workshop environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced operation and ensuring vehicles are safely maintained and ready for service.Full training will be provided during day shifts before transitioning to the permanent night shift.Key Responsibilities Run daily VOR (Vehicle Off Road) reports for the workshop.Record, raise, and action vehicle defects reported by drivers and shunters.Coordinate and arrange call-outs for vehicle defects on the road and at customer sites.Liaise with the Transport Control Tower and Workshop teams to ensure efficient communication.Update fleet management systems to return vehicles and trailers to operational status.Maintain accurate records and ensure all fleet information is kept up to date.Support the smooth running of the overnight fleet operation.About You The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience within a fleet, transport, workshop, or vehicle maintenance environment (preferred).Strong organisational and communication skills.Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.Confidence using computer systems and updating operational records.The ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.What We Offer £14.00 per hourMonday to Friday night shifts – weekends free.Full training provided on day shifts before moving onto nights.A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your skills.If you're looking for a stable night shift role within a busy fleet operation, we'd love to hear from you.
