Motorcycle Service Advisor / Aftersales AdvisorHours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm)Salary £30,000 - £35,000Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy motorcycle dealership. You will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking through to completion of service and repair work.This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage service, MOT, repair, and maintenance bookingsAct as the main liaison between customers and workshop techniciansProvide clear updates on vehicle progress and completion timesIdentify and communicate additional repair or service workUpsell relevant service, maintenance, and parts opportunitiesProcess parts enquiries and place orders where requiredEnsure all job cards, records, and systems are accurately maintainedAlways deliver excellent customer serviceWork closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflowAbout YouStrong customer service and communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage a busy workloadConfident working in a dealership or automotive environmentCommercially aware with the ability to spot sales opportunitiesComfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPassion for motorcycles (desirable but not essential)What We OfferPension contributionStaff discount on products and servicesSupportive working environmentOpportunity to develop within the businessStreamline Search is a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the United Kingdom.
