Security Vetting AnalystSalary: £14 per hour (Living Wage Employer)Location: Inverness Retail ParkHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pmManpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Security Vetting Analyst, working with our client, CapgeminiIn this role, you will be responsible for processing personnel security background checks on staff working for the organisation.What you'll doConduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractorsManage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractorsAnalyse security clearance investigation reports and making recommendations to managementMaintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentationCollaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and proceduresStay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processesWhat you'll bringThe successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirableExperience in conducting detailed administration processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyAbility to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer focused service to relevant stakeholdersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterested?
