Job Description
People, Systems and Compliance SupervisorWorking closely with site managers, operational leaders, and support teams, the successful candidate will help drive consistency, compliance, employee engagement, and systems excellence across the site. Reporting into the Assistant Finance Manager, this role also supports Profit Protection audits and provides follow-up support to operational units after central audit reviews.
