You'll play a key role in ensuring drainage engineers are fully utilised, projects run smoothly, and clients receive an exceptional level of service from enquiry through to completion.The Role Coordinate and schedule Drainage Engineers, CCTV Surveyors, Supervisors, Labourers, and subcontractorsManage reactive call-outs, CCTV surveys, planned maintenance, drainage repairs, excavations, and remedial worksAct as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring excellent customer service throughout each projectPlan engineer diaries to maximise productivity and respond quickly to urgent operational requirementsCoordinate materials, plant, traffic management, waste collections, and subcontractorsManage jobs through the CRM system, ensuring reports, quotations, purchase orders, and job documentation are completed accuratelySupport the Operations Manager by monitoring engineer utilisation, project progress, profitability, and operational performanceAbout You Proven experience coordinating drainage operations , with a strong understanding of CCTV surveys, jetting, drain repairs, lining, excavations, and reinstatement worksStrong organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCommercially aware, with experience handling quotations, work orders, and invoicingExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience using CRM, scheduling, or job management systemsGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceWhat's On Offer Competitive salary with commission opportunitiesMonday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm , with overtime availableOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to join a growing, fast-paced business with genuine career progressionThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Drainage Coordinator, Drainage Scheduler, or Drainage Planner looking to join a successful business where you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of the drainage division.Apply today or contact Kristian on 01737 452501 for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
