You'll join a college that is committed to creating positive opportunities for learners and making a real difference within our communities.What We're Looking For:QualificationsA relevant Health and Social Care or healthcare qualification at Level 4 or above.GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.Assessor and/or Verifier qualifications, or a willingness to work towards achieving them.ExperienceRecent vocational or sector experience within a healthcare setting.Experience working in a healthcare or clinical role.Experience of teaching, training, coaching or supporting learners in an educational or professional environment.Evidence of continued professional development and maintaining current industry knowledge.Skills and AttributesExcellent subject knowledge within Health and Social Care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.A flexible, positive and collaborative approach to work.A genuine commitment to supporting learners and promoting their success.An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.What We Offer48 days annual leave, including bank holidays.Early finish every Friday.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Access to excellent facilities and resources.Important Information for ApplicantsAs part of your application, you must clearly demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.
