This is a hybrid role based in Warwick, offering a great opportunity to support a busy finance function during a key period.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysisDelivering accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholdersSupporting budgeting and forecasting processesAnalysis of financial performance and providing insightful commentaryAssisting with month-end and year-end close processesReconciliations including balance sheet and key accountsPartnering with operational teams to provide financial support and guidanceIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and efficienciesRequirementsFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)Proven experience in a management accountant or similar finance roleStrong Excel skills and familiarity with finance systemsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsImmediately available or on a very short notice periodWhat's on OfferCompetitive daily rate of £200 - £250Hybrid working model (mix of office and remote)Opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced finance teamImmediate start with potential for extensionRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidatesTPBN1_UKTJ
