If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing successful teams, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleLead the day-to-day operation of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care is delivered to every client.Grow the service by developing relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and private clients, increasing care hours and expanding the business.Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team, creating a positive culture and delivering excellent customer service.Maintain full CQC compliance through effective leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement.Manage operational performance, staffing and budgets to ensure outstanding care and commercial success.
