Supervisor – CambridgeshireDisrepair & Damp and Mould- Social HousingUp to £45,000 + packageMy client, a construction contractor are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team delivering responsive maintenance works across social housing properties in the Cambridge area.This role will focus on managing Disrepair and Damp, Mould & Condensation (DMC) works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Supervising operatives and subcontractors across occupied social housing propertiesManaging disrepair and DMC works from inception through to completionConducting pre- and post-inspectionsEnsuring works are completed in line with health & safety regulationsLiaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams to provide excellent customer serviceMonitoring quality, productivity, and performance on siteSupporting the delivery of compliant and cost-effective repairs and maintenance servicesRequirements:Previous supervisory experience within social housing repairs/maintenanceStrong knowledge of disrepair and/or damp & mould projects including Awaab's LawExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams effectivelyFull UK driving licenceA valid SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.If you are interested please apply directly or contact Jamie Goodhew for more information.Fortus Recruitment Group Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
